Who is it for?
Are you interested in making music? Do you want to explore your own sound world? Our weekly workshops are open for Disabled people and people with additional support for learning needs in any stage in their lives. No previous musical experience is necessary.
What is it?
Improvisation and experimental music making is powerful because there is no right or wrong. We explore sounds and make music together as a group in a supportive, judgement-free space. Our highly trained freelance staff musicians facilitate the workshops to explore each person’s artistic expression.
We support in-depth engagement and accommodate people with multiple and complex needs including neuro-disability and non-language communication. Usually there are no more than eight participants at a time.
Most of our workshops take place in Glasgow, but we are occasionally in remote regions in Perth and Kinross, Fife, Stirling, and Aberdeen.
In 2024/25, we are running 120+ workshops with 100+ participants and musicians.
